Bienvenidos!
If you know me, then this site makes perfect sense. If anything you are probably thinking, “what took you so long???” If you are new, welcome. So here’s the story, I love food, I love to cook and I love photography.
For years have I cooked for friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and even myself. I have taken several cooking classes at the Institute of Culinary Education here in Chelsea (highly recommend btw) and am enrolled at the French Culinary Institute this spring. On the photography side, I have taken several classes at the International Center of Photography here in New York and also at the Maine Media Workshops.
Recently, it occurred to me that I have been chronicling my little culinary adventures through stories, anecdotes, recipes and pictures posted on Facebook and Twitter. So I thought that it was about time I stop subjecting ALL my FB friends to my gastronomic ramblings and endless, though tempting
, food photos.
And thus, my little food blog was created.
My goal/purpose/mission is pretty simple. The marriage of my two passions–food and photography. I am in a perennial state of discovery and experimentation with both and this blog will journal my progress and exploration of each.
